Additional Info: This Scarab print by Gary James McQueen is inspired by a brooch he designed which is made out of solid 9ct Rose Gold with a Mother of Pearl underwing and precious stone centerpiece.
Gary James McQueen’s impression was inspired by the Egyptian god Khepri, Ra as was often depicted as a scarab or a stag beetle. The ancient Egyptians believed that Khepri renewed the sun every day before rolling out onto the horizon, then it carried through the other world after sunset, only to renew it again, the next day.
